Happy Easter and Spring everyone! At least we hope its Spring where you are.
We took advantage of one whole week without visitors to visit Prague for a few days. We had such a blast but forgot the camera so all of our photos (in the Prague photo album here) are from our cell phones. Sigh. Its a shame because we had beautiful weather and the city was just gorgeous. Prague Castle, goulash, Funicular, strogonoff, Petrin Hill, roasted Cinnamon rolls, Old Town Square, kielbasa, Mala Strana, roast duck, philosopher Franz Kafka Museum, potato pancakes and of course the Charles Bridge.
For those of us who are STILL Spanish-challenged, Prague was a welcome respite as everyone spoke English and was incredibly nice to us. Casey really enjoyed the food in Prague (again, its not her, the bambino just wants to eat all the time).
We returned to Madrid in time to get to the one grocery store that was open on Saturday so we could have food for Easter Sunday. Ut returned to work today (Monday) to find 2 other people there. The euro's work schedule is inspiring...and mind boggling. I clearly need to get more hobbies as I don't know what I would do with all that free time. I guess I would go back to Prague...
